AFBR-2555ARZ is a metal housing optical transmitter for SERCOS applications that operates at data rates of 2, 4, 8 and 16 MBd. The metal housing provides a robust design that prevents optical port breakage in harsh environments with excellence ESD performance. The optical data is transferred between numerical controls and drives via fiber-optic rings, with voltage isolation and noise immunity.

AFBR-2555ARZ is designed to operate with receiver AFBR-2555ARZ. This part is characterized with 200μm HCS® and 1mm POF cable, for operating temperatures from -40°C to +85°C.
